LEVEL: To be part of this squad you must NOT be a beginner, you must know rotations and positions comfortably and, know all the rules of volleyball and know how to execute all basic volleyball skills. If you are new to the sport or still a beginner please inquire about our social league instead. 

The Squad training sessions have been structured to build on the existing skills of our athletes as well as targeting the development of newer volleyball players. 

With the current restrictions and limitations due to COVID-19, the format of our sessions have been restructured to ensure that our athletes are able to get back on the court while maintaining the health and safety of our coaches and players.

Each session has been designed to ensure maximum exposure to ball drills and targeted skill development along with game play. 

The squads will be made up of the same gender and age group, will be for an hour duration and have the same coach/es for a total of 8 sessions. 

The Div 2 Women's Squad training will be held on Tuesday nights from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and will commence on Tuesday, 13th October. It will be held on Court 1 at St Stephens College, Upper Coomera and coached by Michael Trainor.

Athletes will need to commit to the whole term (8 sessions) with full payment due by session 2. The cost for 8 sessions is $80 per athlete. In order to meet the requirements put on us by the Federal and State Governments, athletes are unable to 'make up' any sessions they miss or swap groups during the term. 

* Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to the session, comply with all the check in procedures and do your stretching warm up prior to the commencement of the session.
