LEVEL: To be part of this squad you must be an advanced players, know all defensive systems of play well, know jargon for all setting and hitting calls (including combos) and know how to jump float serve consistently. If you have some experience but fall short of any of the above please register for the Division 2 Women's Training instead. 

The Squad training sessions have been structured to build on the existing skills of our athletes as well as targeting the development of newer volleyball players. 

With the current restrictions and limitations due to COVID-19, the format of our sessions have been restructured to ensure that our athletes are able to get back on the court while maintaining the health and safety of our coaches and players.

Each session has been designed to ensure maximum exposure to ball drills and targeted skill development along with game play. 

The squads will be made up of the same gender and age group, will be for an hour duration and have the same coach/es for a total of 8 sessions. 

The Div 1 Women's Squad training will be held on Tuesday nights from 7:15pm to 8:15pm and will commence on Tuesday, 13th October. It will be held on Court 2 at St Stephens College, Upper Coomera and coached by Gloria Vicario.

Athletes will need to commit to the whole term (8 sessions) with full payment due by session 2. The cost for 8 sessions is $80 per athlete. In order to meet the requirements put on us by the Federal and State Governments, athletes are unable to 'make up' any sessions they miss or swap groups during the term. 

* Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to the session, comply with all the check in procedures and do your stretching warm up prior to the commencement of the session.
