NOTE: We have now merged the Division 1 and Division 2 men training for the remainder of the year. If you are a beginner please enquire about our social league options instead. This training is for players who already have a good understanding of volleyball skills and systems.
With the current restrictions and limitations due to COVID-19, the format of our sessions have been restructured to ensure that our athletes are able to get back on the court while maintaining the health and safety of our coaches and players.
Each session has been designed to ensure maximum exposure to ball drills and targeted skill development along with game play.
The squads will be made up of the same gender, will be for an hour duration and have the same coach/es for a total of 8 sessions.
The Div 1/2 Mens Squad training will be held on Tuesday nights from 7:15pm to 8:15pm and will commence on Tuesday, 13th October. It will be held on Court 2 at St Stephens College, Upper Coomera and coached by Cesar Zamora and Brett Bennett.
Athletes will need to commit to the whole term (8 sessions) with full payment due by session 2. The cost for 8 sessions is $80 per athlete. In order to meet the requirements put on us by the Federal and State Governments, athletes are unable to 'make up' any sessions they miss or swap groups during the term.
* Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to the session, comply with all the check in procedures and do your stretching warm up prior to the commencement of the session.
