Elite Athlete Program

The Elite Athlete Program is run by the Gold Coast Volleyball Club to assist members who are looking to further develop their skills into higher levels of competition. These athletes may be wanting to compete in higher standards of play or acheive sporting careers within the sport of volleyball. Through this program athletes will have access to a number of competitions as well as ongoing training.

Currently, as part of our adapted COVIDsafe training program, we are running training sessions throughout term 4. Athletes can register their attendance below.

In our regular season, athletes will be involved in the following competitions:

Premier Volleyball league (PVL)The PVL is a weekly competition run by Volleyball Queensland and is the highest level of weekly played volleyball in south east Queensland and offers multiple divisions across the PVL format including Juniors and Seniors. In 2019 Volleyball Queensland will aim to secure the State netball Centre for future programs.
